Our Project Managers will:

• Provide planning advice
• Liaise with statutory authorities on the client’s behalf.
• Define the project stages in a clear and concise manner
• Define archaeological costs for all project stages
• Devise a timetable to meet our client’s requirements
• Maintain good communications with the client
• Review timetabling and costs on an ongoing basis
• Ensure that the correct resources are applied to each project
• Ensure that no unnecessary costs are imposed on the client.
